Playground

Our most recent undertaking is the creation of a new playground on the corner of Thurman and Blaine, which will provide a safe and inspirational place for neighborhood children to play.

The plan was developed by students from Washington University’s School of Architecture, under the guidance of resident architect, Sarah Gibson, working in partnership with the community. The result is an innovative design that puts a fresh spin on traditional playground elements, including the The Plasti(k) Pavilion is the first component of the plan to be completed and will provide a shady spot for parents to sit and watch their children play.
